When visiting events that are part of the alternative program, we will collect the following data:

  • last name, first name

  • address

  • phone number and mail address

In case you do not agree to the collection of your data, we cannot allow you to participate.


3. Purpose and legal basis of procession of data

The purpose of the collection of private data is

  • to organize the alternative program

  • to enable the tracking of contact persons in connection to covid-19.

The legal basis of the procession of data is article 6 passage 1 c) DSGVO in connection with § 10 passage 2 of the decree to prevent new infections with the corona virus SARS-CoV-2 (CoronaSchVO NRW), annex VIII, Nr. 2 and 6.


4. Transmission of data to third parties

A transmission of the data collected is only done towards gastronomic businesses in order to comply with the legally binding covid-19 rules. This transmission may include the forwarding of data to the particular health office or respectively the particular official institution for the mentioned above reasons. Your data is only forwarded on the basis of the legal basis of the decrees mentioned above. It is explicitly not used for advertising purposes.


5. Duration of data storage

The data that is collected to enable a tracking of contact persons will be stored for 4 weeks from the point in time of your visit of the according gastronomic business.


6. Your rights as the concerned person

As the person whose data is stored, you have the following rights according to DSGVO:

  • right to information

  • right to correction

  • right to request the deletion or constraint of processing of data

  • right to complain at a regulating authority
